Another man on Mass. Probation Most Wanted has been dead for years

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Another man on the Massachusetts Probation Most Wanted list has been discovered to be long dead.

issued, and recently he was placed on Probation’s newest list of Most Wanted Fugitives.

Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section has discovered that Sieracki has been dead since 2002. It turns out that after Sieracki’s release, he travelled to Mexico where he was convicted on similar child abuse charges and sent to prison. Shortly after his release from a Mexican prison, Sieracki was found dead in Mexico . Siacki died of natural causes.

A Sieracki relative told MA State Police investigators Sieracki’s body was first moved to San Diego, California before final burial in Cleveland, OH.

It is believed Sieracki’s Mexican death certificate, written in Spanish, was never reported to US Social Security, explaining why MA Probation was unaware Sieracki was dead when the Department was compiling its list of Most Wanted Probation Fugitives.
